A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER

During my 30-year career in long-term care, friends and family often asked for advice regarding placement of their aging loved ones.  These conversations led me to realize that an environment offering the comforts of home and a favorable caregiver-to-resident ratio did not exist.  House of Three was my answer.

House of Three strives to be more than just a care home. By keeping our staff-to-resident ratio low, we can provide focused, individual attention throughout the day.  As we get to know our residents on a personal level, we learn their preferences and anticipate their needs. We are here by your side no matter the disability, whether the resident is bed bound or they are hindered in daily living activities. House of Three is the solution for your loved one if they are needing assistance through the end of their precious life. 

After validating that the House of Three approach worked with homes in Little Rock, Shane Edwards and I began discussing how House of Three could be expanded for other families throughout Arkansas.  Shane opened his first House of Three home in Rogers and we have since opened new locations in Bella Vista and Hot Springs.  We continue to seek home facilitators who wish to offer the personalized care and comforts of home to our Arkansas seniors.
