  • 3-to-1 patient-to-caregiver ratio allows for quick response and a close relationship between resident, caregiver and family

  • Support with activities of daily living such as medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, transferring, eating, etc.

  • Receive care from current physician or an in-house geriatric physician may be available based upon house location

  • Hospice, home health, and skilled nursing therapies may be provided by your preferred home health provider

  • Handicap accessible bathrooms with easy access or roll-in showers

  • Home-cooked meals with snacks available anytime

  • Beautician and hairdresser services available

  • Podiatry services

  • Dental services

  • Transportation for shopping or doctor visits can often be arranged

Continued Choice

The ability and desire to offer choice for seniors was the strongest motivator for developing House of Three homes.

  • Yes.  Private rooms/suites may be decorated by family members and filled with furniture and familiar items residents wish to bring.

  • Yes.  Your loved one's favorite chair can fit right into the family room.  

  • Yes.  Family members may come visit whenever schedules allow.  (Please remember that our seniors often enjoy early bedtimes.)

  • Yes.  Accessible 24/7 webcams are available for your peace of mind (bedroom cameras are optional.)

  • Yes.  Tell us mom and dad's dietary needs and personal preferences. 

  • Yes.  Several of our homes are pet-friendly.

  • Yes. Families lead the health pathway that their parent wants and needs. 

  • Yes. This is still your parent’s house.  You get to be the kid again.

  • Yes. You  may call us any time and let us say “yes” to your family request.

Creating Companionship

A House of Three home provides friendship, enjoyment and warmth to residents.

  • Caregivers in a family-style setting

  • Family style meals with fellow residents and caregiver

  • Each resident is encouraged to participate in a variety of activities that are part of the House of Three routine ( puzzles, playing cards, art activities, gardening, etc.  And, yes, even golf! )

  •  Personal interests, activities, memories and life experiences of the resident become part of the conversations within the home

  • Activities of choice can likely be arranged  

  • All  major holidays, seasons, and of course, birthdays are celebrated! Many times, family members are asked to come be a part of the event

  • WiFi, TV service - free of charge

  • Continued religious expression is supported
